IS RMT'S AIM TO CONVERT YOUNG PEOPLE TO THE CATHOLIC FAITH?
As Catholics, we are called to evangelise. But we are careful to not proselytise. We strive to evangelise by allowing the young people to encounter God's love by through our personal sharing.
DO YOU TALK ABOUT GOD ALL THE TIME?
As part of the discussion with the school leaders on the sessions, we will talk about the comfort level of the school in the language we will use. We are respectful and sensitive to the faith of others.
HOW IS RMT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PROGRAMME PROVIDERS?
RMT has developed a unique framework that incorporates MOE's CCE objectives, and delivers sessions aimed at experiential and holistic formation through a mix of pedagogies and approaches.
HOW ARE YOUR FACILITATORSÂ DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PROGRAMME PROVIDERS?
All our session leaders are trained and care deeply for the individual development of the young people in our midst. The experience is unique and phenomenal, or so they say.
CAN RMT RUN A SESSION IN 8 CLASSROOMSÂ CONCURRENTLY?
Unlike other providers, RMT does not engage ad-hoc freelancers to run the sessions we conduct. As such, our team is only able to run the session in 1 to 2 rooms at the same time. That said, our team is able to manage a group of up to 200 students at a go if the space allows for it.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE A FEE?
We believe in paying a fair wage for good work done. Nonetheless, we still pride ourselves in being affordable especially to the most vulnerable.
